The Management Board of MobileFabric SA with its seat in Warsaw "Company", pursuant to Art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts, Journal Of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended, calls on shareholders to submit share documents to the Company in order to dematerialize them.

Share documents must be submitted to the registered office of the Company  located in Warsaw, ul. Królowej Marysieńki 5B, 02-954 Warsaw.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the binding force of the Company's share documents shall expire by operation of law on March 1, 2021. The share document retains evidential force only in the scope of proving by the shareholder to the Company that he is entitled to share rights for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of the above-mentioned act.

This tender offer is the fourth of the five required by the above-mentioned provisions of law.
